1. Enterprise Services

LegalBizHub provides professional enterprise service engagements such as contract drafting, compliance reviews, corporate structuring, and advisory sessions. Each engagement is defined by a scope of work and associated fees.

1.1 Scheduling and Modification

Clients may request a change of appointment at least 3 business days before a scheduled session. We will use reasonable efforts to accommodate new dates subject to consultant availability.

1.2 Refund Policy for Enterprise Services

If you cancel an enterprise service engagement at least 7 calendar days before the start date, you are eligible for a full refund of fees paid. Cancellations made fewer than 7 calendar days in advance will not qualify for reimbursement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Should LegalBizHub be unable to provide the agreed service, you will receive a full reimbursement within 14 days of cancellation. All reimbursements will be made via the original method of payment.

2. Information Products

LegalBizHub offers digital publications, guides, and templates for enterprise legal matters. Upon purchase, digital items are made available for immediate download.

2.1 Reimbursement Policy for Information Products

Due to the nature of digital content, purchases are generally non-reimbursable once access is granted. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents download or access, please notify us within 5 calendar days. We will work to resolve the issue or offer a reimbursement at our discretion.

3. Physical Goods

From time to time LegalBizHub may offer branded stationery or printed materials. These goods will be shipped to the address you provide.

Shipping costs for returns must be prepaid by the client unless otherwise agreed. Reimbursements will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

These offerings require resource commitment up front and are therefore not eligible for any reimbursement. Such services will be clearly identified before you complete checkout.
